This policy covers the Heatly website, the Alex voice demo, and the fit-call form. It does not cover a live shop line until that line is forwarded to Alex.
What this site collects
If you submit the fit-call form, you provide a name, company, phone number, and email. The form checks those fields. It does not store or email them yet. Do not send account numbers, card details, or other sensitive information.
The voice demo
Pressing Talk to Alex on this site plays a sample call unless a live demo is turned on. A sample is scripted in the browser and is not recorded. If a live demo is enabled, the browser asks for the microphone only after you start it. Until the voice provider is connected, that audio is not sent to Heatly.
Calls on a shop line
Alex is an AI voice agent. A shop that forwards calls should tell the caller they are speaking with AI, and whether the call is recorded, before the conversation continues. Recording rules depend on the shop and the caller's state. This website does not record those calls.
How we use contact details
Details you send are meant for a call about Heatly. The site does not sell personal information. We do not use the form for an unrelated mailing list.
