The 7 free days

Placeholder. The first 7 days after the line is live are free. Setup during that start is free. Nothing is due to begin. Zain must confirm when the 7 days start, whether weekends count, and which shop timezone is used.

Free setup

Placeholder. We set the script, the forwarding, and the morning text up for you. There is no setup fee to start. Zain must confirm what “setup” includes and what is out of scope.

Is a card required?

Placeholder. Zain must confirm this. The page says nothing to pay to start. It does not yet say whether a card is collected on day one. Do not treat “no card needed” as decided until this sentence is replaced.

What happens after 7 days

Placeholder. Zain must confirm this. There is no public price. After the free week, the shop can keep going on a paid plan or stop. The amount, the day a charge would start, and how to cancel are not set on this page yet.

What counts as a new customer

Placeholder. A new customer means a homeowner who was not already on your schedule, whose call Alex answered, and who accepted a booked visit during the window below. A repeat customer, a tire-kicker who does not book, and a call your office already had on the board do not count. Zain must confirm this definition.

How the 2 days are counted

Placeholder. The clock starts the morning after your line is forwarded and Alex is live, in your shop's local time, and runs for 2 calendar days. Weekends count. The clock does not start on the day you book the sales call, and it does not start before you approve the script. Zain must confirm the start time, the time zone, and whether holidays count.

How a refund works

Placeholder. If no new customer is booked in that 2-day window, you ask in writing within 7 days after the window ends. If you paid nothing to start, Zain must confirm what the refund is: no charge, or a refund of any amount that was collected. There is no public price on this site. Zain must confirm the deadline, where to send the request, and what is excluded. Examples that should be decided: the line was never forwarded, the script was not approved, or the shop turned Alex off during the window.

What this is not

This does not promise a dollar amount of revenue. The calculator and the industry figures on the homepage are illustrations, not Heatly results. Photos on the site are illustrations, not customers and not a photo of Zain. Saying we work with HVAC companies across Texas is not a client list and not a result.

Heatly is an official partner with Cartesia for voice, and with Sonetel for calling infrastructure. Alex runs on that stack. Zain should keep the draft banner above until these partner claims are confirmed for launch.
