Terms of Service
These terms cover use of the Heatly website and the Alex demo. A paid shop installation, if you start one, will have its own agreement.
The service
Heatly describes Alex, an AI voice receptionist for HVAC companies. Alex can answer calls, sort emergencies from routine work, book visits, and follow up on quotes. You approve the script before any customer call is forwarded.
What the site does not promise
Figures on the homepage are industry estimates or illustrations. They are not Heatly customer results. There is no public price after the free week. The free week, the free setup, and the 2-day offer are described on the guarantee page. That page is a draft until Zain confirms it, including what happens after 7 days and whether a card is required to start. ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, and Jobber are planned integrations, not certified partnerships.
The demo
The sample call is a script. It is not your shop's line and it does not book a real job. If a live microphone demo is available, you start it yourself. Do not rely on the demo for an emergency.
Your responsibilities
If you later forward a shop line, you are responsible for telling callers they are speaking with AI and for any recording notice required where you operate. You provide the services, service area, hours, and any prices Alex is allowed to say.
