AI call disclosure
Alex is an AI voice agent. A sample call on this page is not recorded. A live demo uses your microphone only after you press Talk to Alex. On a live shop line, callers should be told they are speaking with AI, and whether the call is recorded, before the conversation continues. Photos on this page are illustrations, not customers.
What you are hearing
Talk to Alex on this website is a product demo. It is not a live HVAC shop line, not a customer support number, and not emergency dispatch. Allow the microphone only if you want to try the demo.
Sample vs live demo
If the live demo is off, the page plays a scripted sample in the browser. If the live demo is on, your browser asks for microphone access and the conversation may be processed by the voice provider to return Alex's reply. Do not share payment details, account numbers, or other sensitive information in the demo.
When a shop goes live
A forwarded shop line uses a script the owner approved. Callers should be told they are speaking with an AI assistant for that company. Heatly does not invent prices or book work outside what the shop allows.
